Maxie McCoy 
Host + Executive Producer

Maxie is a facilitator of women’s stories. She’s in-demand talent as a host, speaker and facilitator for events and conferences that women flock to. Maxie regularly partners with brands as a spokesperson and talent for press tours. She’s appeared on live and taped segments for Good Morning America, New York 1, KPIX, MarieClaire’s live show. Her former life was as on-air talent for Fox Sports Southwest, hosting a high-school football segment. 

Maxie’s book, You’re Not Lost, is one of the top motivational guides for professional women and carried everywhere books are sold. She wrote this book from her 6+ years of building offline & digital communities. Her first success was for Levo, creating a global network of tens of thousands of women which resulted in millions in revenue from integrated brand marketing partnerships. Maxie’s an expert in meaningful experiences that are captured on video, working with brands like Microsoft, Tresemme, and Create & Cultivate to do just that. 


Lisa Raphael 
Executive Producer

Lisa Raphael has built her career developing programming for female audiences.

She specializes in taking people, brands and TV into the digital space. Formerly a producer at Lifetime and on the Katie Couric show, she launched daytime programming in the digital era. At Katie, she created the host and show’s social strategies, developing a slate of BTS programming and on-air segments with digital and community tie-ins, ultimately helping a household name rebrand for all-new mediums.

After that, Lisa ran editorial at Brit + Co and co-founded The Relish, a sports media company elevating women’s voices, now a part of Rebel Girls. She is now the founder and chief creative of Relatable Content, a creative agency providing content strategy to companies big and small, focusing on female founders, queer founders, and business owners of color.

Betty Jean Bowles
Social Media Producer

A Detroit, Michigan native currently finishing up her Political Science/Public Relations degree at the University of Alabama. Betty Jean has been working in Public Relations/Social Media for three years both on-campus and off-campus.

Sharissa Wright 
Technical Producer
Video + Audio Editor

Sharissa Wright is an editor and emerging filmmaker from San Leandro, CA. Her focus is creating social media content to uplift others and bring a little light into the world. She wants to achieve this by tackling important topics in society today using lighthearted comedy.
