If the thought of returning to the pace of your “old life” makes you want to curl up and take a nap, this workshop is for you. We’re diving into boundaries. What they are, how to set them, and, most importantly, how to keep them. Boundaries are the battery saver you need to take on this new phase of life after. You'll learn:
- How to know if you’re burned out
- Simple ways to regain energy that you shoulda been doing all along
- What a lack of boundaries is doing to your career trajectory
- Easy conversations starters and enders for people sucking you dry
